SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Tech Lead with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in React , Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Adobe Targeting & Experimentation , Adobe Campaign , and WordPress (including WP Engine) . The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership and technical management capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid working model. Work Mode: Hybrid (Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST) KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery with high quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, marketing, and analytics. • Architect and develop scalable front-end solutions using React and other modern frameworks. • Work extensively with AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and related Adobe tools. • Manage and optimise WordPress sites hosted on WP Engine. • Drive experimentation and personalisation strategies using Adobe Target. • Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best coding practices. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning. • Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth delivery pipeline.
