About Us GoKwik was founded in 2020 with a simple mission—to democratize the shopping experience and maximize GMV realization for e-commerce businesses. Backed by Sequoia Capital India, Matrix Partners India, RTP Global, and marquee angel investors, GoKwik is redefining e-commerce enablement. We focus on solving critical e-commerce challenges such as improving conversion rates across the purchase funnel and minimizing RTO for our partners. Leveraging AI/ML-driven solutions, we enhance CoD conversion rates and optimize checkout experiences through our 1-click Kwik checkout, leading to higher GMV realization and reduced marketing CAC. Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Checkout team and manage custom/strategic merchant accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of eCommerce flows, analytics, and checkout conversion strategies. You will act as the bridge between GoKwik’s product/tech teams and merchant partners, ensuring smooth integration, issue resolution, and data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end onboarding and integration for custom accounts on GoKwik Checkout. Collaborate with merchant tech teams to ensure seamless integration on platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Magento, and other custom stacks. Working knowledge of one of these platforms is a must. Diagnose, triage, and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. Analyze conversion funnels, checkout performance, and drop-off points using tools like GA4, Meta Analytics, and internal dashboards. Set up and monitor conversion tracking and event instrumentation across platforms. Proactively provide insights and recommendations to merchants for improving conversion rates and checkout performance. Work closely with GoKwik's product, engineering, and analytics teams to represent merchant feedback and support product enhancements. Stay updated with tech changes on both merchant and GoKwik sides to ensure continuous compatibility and performance. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager / Solutions Engineer / eCommerce Product Operations role. Strong understanding of eCommerce checkout flows, payment journeys, and event instrumentation. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and related tracking tools. Prior E-commerce experience Technical working knowledge of WooCommerce, SFCC, Magento, and other major eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with API integrations, tag managers (e.g., GTM), and front-end debugging tools (like Chrome DevTools). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Good To Have Previous experience in a checkout optimization, eCommerce SaaS, or D2C domain. Understanding of A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.). Exposure to working with Shopify/Shopify Plus (bonus).
