Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Jamf, demonstrating deep architectural knowledge of the platform. Understand the current Jamf infrastructure and architecture, proactively identifying, proposing and driving innovations and efficiencies in MDM strategies. Responsible for the end-to-end management of all company endpoints and the Jamf MDM solution. Design, implement, and optimize Jamf policies, profiles, and packages for various macOS and iOS devices. Security Engineering & MDM: Possess a strong understanding of the security aspects of MDM, with the capability to think from a security perspective. Identify, propose, and drive innovations and efficiencies in the security space specifically concerning MDM and critical applications utilized within Xactly. Troubleshoot and resolve complex security-related issues within the endpoint and MDM environment. Implement and enforce security best practices across all managed devices. Identity & Access Management (Okta): Administer and manage our Okta environment, including building and integrating new workflows.
