Role & Responsibilities

Drive full project lifecycle for web, mobile, and cloud solutions—initiation to post-launch optimization—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Translate business objectives into detailed technical scopes, user stories, and actionable sprint plans for cross-functional teams.
Establish Agile ceremonies, velocity tracking, and quality gates; remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
Coordinate with UX, engineering, QA, and DevOps to align priorities, manage dependencies, and uphold engineering excellence.
Monitor project KPIs, mitigate risks, and communicate clear progress reports to C-level stakeholders and external clients.
Nurture a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: 4+ years managing software projects; solid grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; experience leading onsite engineering teams; proficiency with Jira or similar; strong stakeholder communication; foundational understanding of cloud architectures.
Preferred: Exposure to event-tech or media-streaming products; certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP; familiarity with CI/CD, microservices, and analytics dashboards.
