Description
Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Scoping Translate business requirements into clear technical roadmaps, milestones, and sprint cycles. Collaborate with architects and leads to define scope, effort estimates, dependencies, and resourcing plans. Manage multiple concurrent projects across enterprise domains (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom web apps, etc.). Technical Coordination Coordinate frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and release. Enforce SDLC standardsversion control, branching, automated testing, and CI/CD. Track development progress using tools like JIRA , ClickUp , or Azure DevOps . Agile Execution Run Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Ensure backlog grooming, prioritization, and iteration goals are well-defined and achievable. Manage project documentation, tech specs, user stories, and change logs. Stakeholder Management Interface with clients, internal product owners, and delivery heads to align on expectations and progress. Provide regular project updates, risk reports, and escalation handling. Quality & Risk Management Proactively identify risks, bugs, bottlenecks, or resource gaps and act decisively. Ensure product releases meet functional, performance, and security benchmarks. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 36 years as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise software environments. Technical Fluency: Understanding of web technologies (React/Angular, Node/Java, APIs, SQL), cloud (AWS/Azure), testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines. Tools: Proven experience with Agile PM tools like Jira, Notion, or Azure DevOps. Soft Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, and analytical thinking. Client Interaction: Experience working with external clients or enterprise delivery teams.
