Job Title: CAE NVH Lead Analyst Reference: Revision: V.0 Summary This Role is Lead Analyst of NVH Domain to work on all aspects of delivery on the ongoing / future vehicle programs to support OEM customer. Should have 7 to 12 years of working experience in NVH, must have previous experience of Auto OEM/Tier1 in NVH simulation with a demonstrable record of delivery of the accountabilities. Key Responsibilities: NVH CAE Engineer responsible for NVH CAE meshing/model build/ analysis of the full vehicle, Trim BIW and subsystems, and components. The Engineer will build full vehicle level FEA models, assign all material properties and able to debug, do preliminary analysis and predict the results. Support in result preparation. The Engineer will build full vehicle level FEA models and have knowledge of simulation, like Rich Experience in Full vehicle, Trim body build, NTF, VTF, Modal analysis, Point Mobility, panel ERP, dynamic stiffness, Local stiffness (IPI), Vehicle Acoustics using Optistruct/Nastran, Ansa, Hypermesh Identify issues and resolutions, and will develop design solutions to address NVH issues Knowledge of Benchmark competitive powertrains & drivelines, to define functional target and engineering specifications. Work for NVH Team, design, validation, and problem resolution. Support to lead engineering meetings with vehicle integration engineering and vendors. Support to vehicle development milestones meetings Support to all activities related to Simulation, create reports, give presentations, and attend meetings. Manage simulation results and alignment with CAD Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelors/Master‿s degree in Automobile and Mechanical Engineering 7 12 Years of working experience in Vehicle level NVH simulation/model build/assembly Rich Experience in Full vehicle and Trim body build, NTF, VTF, Modal analysis, Point Mobility, panel ERP, dynamic stiffness, Local stiffness (IPI) Vehicle Acoustics using Optistruct/Nastran, Ansa, Hypermesh Experience with testing and result correlation Exposer to Test data analysis. Strong analytical background. Should be familiar of interactions with teams across Europe and India. Knowledge of legislation and its implementation in CAE.
