Tech Lead

Must-Have Skills:

1. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.

2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET. 3. Extensive experience in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, React.js.

4. Solid understanding of Python and MongoDB and Azure cloud.

5. Ability to write efficient and maintainable code.

6. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Key Performance Indicators:

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft technologies, .NET Core, .NET Core API, .NET, and Python.

1. Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, React.js.

2. Develop and manage databases using MongoDB.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

5. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

7. Research and implement new technologies to improve system performance and scalability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
