Therole requires to work as an Associate HR Business partner, who deliversconsistent and effective HR services for New Energy Initiatives # Solar / Hydrogen/ Mobility / Power Electronics / Battery / EaaS / Skytran Value Chain. Theincumbent shall be responsible for delivering robust HR offerings with aresponsibility to manage the employee lifecycle and talent engagement includingmanpower planning, leadership development, talent hiring and change advocacy.
Theincumbent will be expected to deliver on HR priorities & major HRinitiatives. They would be contributing to building solutions and would beexpected to integrate business outcomes with people outcomes to drive talentphilosophy and culture and values via process, practice, and platformenablement within their respective area of focus.
JobAccountabilities
- Ensureend-to-end delivery of HR services across designated area of delivery
- ConductManpower planning for designated area
- Takeresponsibility for Talent Management initiatives within designated area
- Workwith Corporate L&D for delivery of Leadership and Managerial Academyprograms, to meet designated area L&D requirements
- Ensuresupport and timely completion of PMS
- Coordinateonboarding, retirals, maintenance of employee data, transfers, and other HRoperations activities
- OwnEmployee relations and employee engagement initiatives
- Plan,organize and conduct employee interaction and communication sessions atperiodic intervals for dissemination of relevant information and obtaininggroup feedbacks
- ProvideHR Policy guidance and interpretation to employees and leaders
Job Accountabilities
1. Deploy Industrial Relations Operating Plan across designated area by means of utilising appropriate
2. interventions, initiatives and cadence
3. Work towards review and realignment of Operating Plan to changing business needs and government
4. guidelines to ensure effectiveness
5. Implement ER policies, processes and tools to deliver required changes across the designated area
6. Execute focused programs and interventions to contribute towards the creation of a proactive IR environment
7. across all work locations
8. Facilitate contract labour manpower budgeting, deployment, compliance and risk management across the
9. designated area
10. Extend required support during strategic negotiations including Long Term Settlements and Collective
11. Bargaining
12. Facilitate Conciliation proceedings across the designated area
13. Work towards building and sustaining effective relationships with multiple stakeholders including but not
14. limited to quasi-judicial bodies, Labour Commissioner, Legal Teams and Unions
15. Implement governance mechanism for SCRUM and ensure the same is managed in a seamless and
16. standardized manner
17. Ensure compliance to all laws related to contract labour by management as well as contractors
18. Conduct regular audits to identify issues of non-compliance and to address the same in a suitable manner
19. Extend required support during legal cases and work towards appropriate closure of the same
20. Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs through relevant interventions to disseminate information
21. regarding updates on Industrial Relations initiatives and periodically assess effectiveness of the same
22. Keep abreast with latest developments and best practices to update Industrial Relations processes accordingly
23. Periodically assess effectiveness of Industrial Relations initiatives and incorporate necessary changes to
24. ensure competitive advantage
25. Develop capability of team through need-based learning interventions and mentoring
