Job Description

Job Purpose

To manage and support end-to-end HR functions with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, while ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to a positive work environment aligned with business needs.

1. Talent Acquisition (TA)

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain and update job descriptions and role profiles.
Leverage job portals, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires including induction programs.

Talent Management (TM)

Support performance management processes goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
Facilitate identification and development of high-potential employees.
Work with line managers to implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Assist in succession planning and talent reviews.
Coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) interventions as per identified skill gaps.

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Ensure timely processing of employee life-cycle events (confirmation, transfers, exits).
Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage diverse HR functions.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
