Job Description

Role & responsibilities S&D Cost: To Keep track of movement and monitor S&D cost. Freight monitoring: railhead Vs Warehouse, Firing ratio. Vendor Management: Monitoring & Guiding performance of H&T contractor. Monitoring old inventories especially above 180 days with all regions, Follow up to reduce it to NIL. Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan. Monitoring Damaged Stock inventories with all the regions, Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan. Monitoring Cut & Torn Stock inventories with all the regions. Month wise Sales Plan & weekly follow up to meet the plan. Team work: Coordination with Regions to ensure accountability of dispatches and stock reconciliation on monthly basis. Coordination with Insurance cell and regions for insurance claim stocks. Appointment of alternate HNT agents for critical Railheads. Coordination with regions for Hook free operations at railheads & Godowns. SSP Plant Supply & Sales Coordination. Coordinating rail & road dispatches from plant System related verifications & approvals as BPO of logistics. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Supply & Distribution Coordination for Hook free operations at railheads & Godowns.
