Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Team Leader with hands-on experience in Laravel, ReactJS and MySQL, capable of leading a team and delivering robust web applications. This role combines leadership, architecture and hands-on coding responsibilities to build scalable, high-performance solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms and modern development practices will be a strong advantage. As a Team Leader – Full Stack Developer, you will manage a team of developers while remaining actively involved in full stack development. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, mentoring your team and ensuring the timely release of features and applications. You will lead a team of front-end developers, UI/UX designer and QA. You will collaborate with the Product Owner and play a key role in setting technical direction and development standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers to design and develop full stack applications Provide scalable backend services using Laravel and dynamic front ends with ReactJS Collaborate with designers, QA and product stakeholders Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications Ensure coding best practices, version control and testing standards are followed Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback Guide the team in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of milestones Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Solve complex performance issues and conduct root cause analysis Qualifications and Experience Required: Technical Proficiency 4–6 years’ experience in full stack development with Laravel and ReactJS Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful API development Proficiency in MySQL, including database design, normalisation and query optimisation Experience with Git and version control workflows Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) – added advantage Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised environments API security best practices – OAuth2, JWT, Laravel Passport/Sanctum Front-end build tools, such as Laravel Mix, Vite, Webpack Experience in ReactJS state management using Redux or Context API Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and responsive design Working knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP or Azure Familiarity with message queues (Laravel Queues, RabbitMQ, etc.) is a plus. Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant architecture is a bonus. Leadership & Communication Prior experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers Strong code review and quality control practices following SOLID and DRY principles Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Agile project management using tools such as Jira or DevOps Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot performance issues and bugs Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and deliver in fast-paced environments Compensation: The selected candidate will receive competitive compensation and remuneration policies in line with qualifications and experience.
