About the Role:

Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and motivate the team to meet hourly/daily/monthly targets.
• Monitor and improve team performance through regular evaluations and coaching.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Plan resource requirements and collaborate with HR for recruitment.
• Ensure new hires are onboarded and integrated successfully.
• Promote a high-performance, feedback-driven team culture.
• Facilitate process adherence and manage performance-based incentives.
• Monitor team shrinkage and attrition within defined thresholds.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ROI enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and guidelines.

• Process & Product Knowledge
• Excellent communication in English and Marathi
• Team management and performance coaching
• Knowledge of dialer metrics
• Selling and influencing skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
