Job Title: Team Lead – Sales, Telecalling & Service (Alibaba.com Channel Partner) Location:Coimbatore Job Type:Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive Team Lead to manage our Sales, Telecalling, and Service teams for Alibaba.com. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in B2B sales, capability to drive teams towards monthly targets, and ensure seamless coordination between customer meetings, follow-ups, and service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementLead and manage a team of Telecallers, Field Sales Executives, and Service Executives. Assign daily/weekly targets and ensure consistent performance. Monitor call quality, meeting scheduling, follow-up efficiency, and service delivery timelines. Sales & ConversionEnsure daily meeting generation, lead qualification, and sales pipeline management. Work closely with sales executives to drive closures on Alibaba Gold Supplier Memberships. Track high-value cases and ensure timely follow-ups for faster conversion. Monitor payment follow-ups and overall revenue achievement. Coordination & ProductivityEnsure smooth communication between telecalling, field sales, and service teams. Review daily reports: meetings scheduled, meetings connected, rescheduled, and closures. Resolve customer escalations in coordination with the Alibaba support team. Maintain discipline, ownership, and accountability within the team. Performance TrackingConduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and provide coaching as needed. Track KPIs such as: Meetings per telecaller Connection rate Reschedule follow-ups Sales closures Payment collections Ensure all updates are maintained in CRM/trackers. Customer Success & ServiceEnsure customers receive clear onboarding, product training, and timely support. Coordinate service tasks like profile setup, catalog upload, lead management guidance, etc. Maintain customer satisfaction and reduce churn. Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in Team Handling (Sales/Telecalling/Service). Experience in B2B industry preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
