Export Executive

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Export B2B Sales Executive to promote and onboard exporters onto Alibaba.com as Global Gold Suppliers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international trade, B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with export-oriented businesses. Key Responsibilities (KRA):Conduct a minimum of 3 fresh client meetings daily with potential exporters and manufacturers. Make 40 quality outbound sales calls per day to identify and connect with prospective exporters. Generate and maintain at least 2 genuine hot prospects weekly from different export categories. Achieve a minimum of 3 confirmed sales orders per month as per company targets. Present Alibaba.com Global Gold Supplier membership benefits and solutions to clients. Maintain updated client records, lead status, and follow-up reports in the CRM. Collaborate with the service and onboarding teams to ensure smooth post-sales support. Attend team review meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives in the Coimbatore region. Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate in Business Administration / International Trade / Marketing (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, export marketing, or digital platform sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with daily targets.
