Export Executive

• Assist in preparing

  export and import documentation

  such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.
• Coordinate with

  CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines

  for timely movement of goods.
• Track shipment status and update internal teams regularly.
• Ensure compliance with

  international trade laws, customs procedures, and company guidelines

  .
• Maintain records of all shipments, documents, and communication.
• Follow up for

  payment terms, LC requirements

  , and bank-related export procedures.
• Support in vendor coordination, rate negotiation (if required), and cost comparison.
• Maintain MIS reports shipment tracker, duty drawback, export incentive details, etc.
• Assist seniors in day-to-day exportimport operations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of

  exportimport processes

  (basic knowledge acceptable for freshers).
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

  .
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Education Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate

  B.Com / BBA / MBA (International Business / Commerce / Logistics preferred)
