  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Business Development Executives to achieve salestargets
  • Generate sales through team efforts and personal client handling
  • Allocate leads to team members and ensure proper follow-up
  • Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews of the team
  • Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Conduct and supervise site visits with clients, ensuring smooth conversion
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Report sales performance to management with accurate MIS updates
