Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Team Leader – Telecalling to lead, inspire, and grow our outbound calling team. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Motivation

• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Foster a culture of positivity, ownership, and performance excellence.

Performance Tracking & Coaching

• Monitor team KPIs (calls, conversions, quality scores).
• Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions to improve productivity.
• Recognize and reward high performers.

Target Setting & Execution

• Allocate tasks strategically based on team strengths and business goals.
• Ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Regularly audit call quality and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Strategy

• Generate performance reports for management and suggest actionable improvements.
• Implement innovative calling strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

Escalation & Team Support

• Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with HR and management for smooth onboarding and team growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3+ years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, team coaching, and performance management skills.
• Mindset: Target-oriented, energetic, and passionate about team success.
• Preferred Background: BPO, Call Center, Sales, or Financial Services industry.
