Team Leader – Telecalling

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader – Telecalling to drive performance, motivate the team, and boost conversions. Join us and take charge of a high-performing team that is crucial to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Telecallers to hit daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Cultivate a performance-driven culture with positivity and accountability.

  • Performance Tracking & Coaching

Monitor individual/team performance, provide real-time feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions.

Identify skill gaps and organize training to enhance team productivity.

  • Task Allocation & Target Setting

Assign daily calling tasks based on team strengths and business priorities.

Drive the team to consistently meet or exceed sales/service goals.

  • Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure adherence to scripts, quality guidelines, and company policies.

Maintain high standards of customer interaction and call etiquette.

  • Reporting & Strategy

Analyze KPIs (calls made, conversions, call duration, etc.) and generate reports for management.

Suggest and implement innovative strategies to boost performance and ROI.

  • Escalation & Issue Resolution

Handle escalated calls professionally and resolve client concerns promptly.

  • Hiring & Onboarding

Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1–3+ years in Telecalling/Customer Support, with at least 1 year in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Goal-driven, proactive, and a natural motivator.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in BPOs, Sales, Telemarketing, or Call Center environments.
