Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent mapping & market intelligence & trends, pipeline management, new ways of sourcing
Sourcing strategy, recruitment process, candidate management, on-boarding, TAT
Execute Talent Acquisition budget as per plan to maintain cost-effectiveness
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS on open positions, closure rate, source mix, cost per hire, etc.
Leveraging internal & external sources to maintain healthy source-mix
Build recruitment strategy to become future-ready organization
Stakeholder Management
Weekly TA COE Catch up with stakeholders
Sharing hiring updates with Functional Heads
Focus on innovative ways of hiring and increasing Diversity in organization
Building presence on LinkedIn, social platforms and focusing on creating Diversity across functions

Preferred candidate profile

14-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3-5 years in Team Lead position.
Proven experience hiring for Renewables/Hydro PSP/Battery Energy Storage System/Green Hydrogen/Carbon Markets across functions.
Strong understanding of talent landscape, compensation structures, and assessment methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
