Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end leadership hiring

  for technology and delivery roles across service lines and geographies.
• Partner with BU Heads, and HR leadership to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and market mapping.
• Develop and execute

  targeted sourcing strategies

  to attract top leadership talent from IT Services, Consulting, and Product organizations.
• Manage confidential and strategic searches with high ownership and discretion.
• Conduct market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor analysis for leadership positions.
• Build and nurture a

  leadership talent pipeline

  aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate candidates for cultural fit, leadership competencies, and strategic impact.
• Collaborate with external search partners and agencies for niche leadership mandates.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
• Track key metrics such as hiring cycle time, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
• Drive continuous improvement in leadership recruitment processes and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
• 812 years of progressive experience in

  Talent Acquisition

  , with

  at least 5+ years in leadership hiring

  within

  IT Services

• Deep understanding of technology landscapes Cloud, Data, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Delivery Management.
• Proven experience in managing

  senior stakeholder relationships

  and influencing business decisions.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with executive search methodologies, mapping tools, and ATS systems.
