Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery from sourcing to offer closure.
Coordinate with internal recruiters and ensure timely delivery on mandates.
Handle client escalations and provide proactive hiring solutions.
Track performance metrics and hiring status reports for assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience
in recruitment, preferably within a
consulting or staffing environment
.
Proven experience managing BFSI or related domain hiring.
Strong client servicing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and recruitment teams simultaneously.
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred:

Candidates from
Recruitment Consulting / HR Outsourcing / Talent Acquisition firms
