Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the recruitment process for BFSI positions, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in BFSI recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
