Kindly find the below details: Profile- BFSI Recruiter/ BFSI Team Lead Experience- 2years to 6 years Office Location - Noida Sector- 132 Workmode- WFH/ Hybrid / WFO/ (depending on the current situation) Office Timings- 9:30 am - 6:30 pm We are looking for the candidate who have hardcore experience into handling the Banking & NBFC clients. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance roles. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. Conduct telephonic screening, evaluate profiles, and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines for roles like sales, operations, credit, wealth management, insurance, backend, etc. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand manpower requirements.
