Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the Middle East while managing and mentoring a sales team. The ideal candidate will blend strong leadership skills with hands-on sales expertise, ensuring both personal and team targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 23 sales associates to achieve individual and overall team targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans.
    • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.

New Client Acquisition & Account Management:

    • Guide the team in identifying and engaging prospective clients across the Middle East through strategic sales activities and a robust go-to-market plan.
    • Personally involved in high-value prospects and complex negotiations.

Consultative Selling:

    • Oversee and support the sales cycle: prospecting, research, outreach, need assessment, solution proposal, objection handling, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

    • Ensure the team builds and maintains a quality lead database through referrals, networking, digital channels, and cold calling.
    • Track and monitor the sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy to meet assigned goals.

Closure, Documentation & Collections:

    • Support the team in negotiating commercials, finalizing deals, and driving timely payment collections.

Target Achievement:

    • Deliver quarterly targets at both an individual and team level.
    • Implement strategies to consistently enhance win rates and revenue growth.

Customer Advocacy & Market Feedback:

    • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, sharing insights for product and process improvements.

Process Adherence & Productivity Enhancement:

    • Ensure all team activities align with organizational sales guidelines.
    • Identify repeatable best practices, implement scalable solutions, and improve team productivity through tools and process enhancements.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably managing teams.
  • Track record in B2B consultative selling and closing deals.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Middle East market dynamics and subscription-based sales is highly desirable.

Job Location & Work timings

  • Noida
  • 5 Days working (Sunday to Thursday) - Friday & Saturday fixed off
