An HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC. Team Lead manages a centralized team responsible for standardized, high-volume HR transactions and administrative support across an entire organization. This role acts as a bridge between high-level HR strategy and daily operational execution, ensuring that employee requests are handled with speed, accuracy, and compliance.Job Title

This includes work allocation, performance management, and professional development.Lifecycle Management: Oversee critical "hire-to-retire" processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data updates, and contract management.Service Delivery (SLAs/KPIs.: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs. and Service Level Agreements (SLAs. to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to HR workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.Escalation Point: Act as the first point of contact for complex queries or "Tier 2" issues that basic helpdesk support cannot resolve.Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all HR data and transactions comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal auditing standards.Principal Accountabilities
