   have previous work experience within the

   EdTech (Educational Technology) sector

2. Required Experience Range:

   Your total experience in the EdTech field

   must be between 1 and 2 years (12 months to 24 months)

   accumulated in a Business Development (e.g., BDE) or a Leadership capacity.

Business Development Executives (BDEs)

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management:

  Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for the team, providing regular reports and actionable feedback.

• Training & Coaching:

  Conduct regular coaching, training, and development sessions for BDEs on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and lead qualification processes.

• Strategy Implementation:

  Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the EdTech market.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in the lead-to-conversion pipeline to maximize efficiency and success rate.

• Quality Assurance:

  Ensure the team maintains high standards of professionalism and adherence to company policies and sales best practices.

✨ Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience

  specifically in the EdTech industry (this experience can be as a BDE, Sr. BDE, or a Team Lead).
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar target-driven role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, or a demonstrated potential and desire to transition into management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for education and a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape.
