We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and high-energy Talent Acquisition Lead who will take end-to-end ownership of hiring across all functions. Set and monitor recruitment KPI's including offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix efficiency, and hiring velocity. Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to build our employer brand across LinkedIn, Naukri, and job fairs Create engaging content and campaigns to position GemPundit as an aspirational workplace. Stakeholder Communication: Share weekly dashboards and hiring status with leadership. Be the SPOC for all hiring escalation, conflict resolution, and pipeline prioritization. Preferred candidate profile 6-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-growing startups or digital-first companies. Prior experience in leading a small TA team or working in a player-coach role would be preferred. Strong sourcing acumen across platformsLinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
