We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and high-energy Talent Acquisition Lead who will take end-to-end ownership of hiring across all functions. You will be instrumental in shaping our talent strategy, individually leading mid to senior-level hiring while supporting and mentoring the recruitment team on day-to-day challenges. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure we consistently meet our hiring targets with efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Execution Own and execute the hiring plan across business, tech, sales, marketing, ops, product, and leadership roles. Build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies. Partner with Founders and Functional Heads to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and craft attractive JDs. Process Excellence: Optimize the full-cycle recruitment process TAT, quality of hire, candidate experience, and post-offer engagement. Set and monitor recruitment KPI's including offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix efficiency, and hiring velocity. Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to build our employer brand across LinkedIn, Naukri, and job fairs Create engaging content and campaigns to position GemPundit as an aspirational workplace. Stakeholder Communication: Share weekly dashboards and hiring status with leadership. Be the SPOC for all hiring escalation, conflict resolution, and pipeline prioritization. Preferred candidate profile 6-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-growing startups or digital-first companies. Prior experience in leading a small TA team or working in a player-coach role would be preferred. Strong sourcing acumen across platformsLinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, internal databases, and employee referrals. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.

Product Knowledge and Training: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the mid-precious gemstone market. Provide ongoing product training and education to sales team members to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and can effectively communicate its value to clients.
