Walk-in Interview | Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion
Reach out to inbound/outbound leads through calls, emails, and chats
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products or services
Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Ensure timely resolution of queries to improve customer satisfaction
Follow up post-sale to ensure product usage and feedback
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports using CRM tools
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product offerings, features, and pricing
Effectively communicate USPs and benefits of the product to customers
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily sales reports
Assist in analyzing customer feedback to improve future sales strategies
