Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Vishakhapatnam. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies. Daily tasks include handling recruitment, conducting onboarding and training programs, addressing employee grievances, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves implementing and updating HR policies in line with current regulations and company objectives. Qualifications Experience in HR Management, HR Operations Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
