Job Description

Hi Job Seekers,

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader (Sales) to join our growing team in Lucknow.

Experience: Minimum 3 years overall experience, including 1 year as a Team Leader

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training where required.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Manage team productivity, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition effectively.
Conduct regular team meetings and sharing of best practices.
