Role & responsibilities: Initiate cold and warm calls to prospective customers generated through digital campaigns, website signups, or internal references. Present and articulate the benefits of our career-oriented programs (e.g., Business Analyst Training) in a confident and engaging manner. Arrange and reconfirm introductory/demo sessions for interested leads. Ensure continuous engagement with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email until successful enrollment. Accurately log all interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (e.g., LeadSquared or equivalent). Address concerns or hesitations with clarity, and respond to inquiries with timely and appropriate solutions. Achieve the calling, follow-up, and conversion goals as defined by the Sales Lead or Manager. Liaise with internal teams, such as Sales Operations and Onboarding , to ensure a seamless conversion process. Actively take part in team discussions or huddles and contribute suggestions to enhance performance and efficiency. Uphold a professional and courteous tone during all client communications and maintain a customer-first approach. Preferred candidate profile: Strong command over Telugu and English with excellent spoken communication abilities. Previous experience in roles like telecalling, inside sales, or customer service will be considered an added benefit. Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls (50100 per day) in a performance-based setting. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared will be an advantage. Must possess effective listening, persuasion, and follow-up capabilities. Should exhibit a proactive approach , with confidence and enthusiasm in daily tasks. Ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment and maintain composure under pressure.
