Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads generated via online ads, inquiries, or referrals.
Explain training programs and services (e.g., Business Analyst Course) clearly and confidently.
Schedule and confirm demo sessions for interested prospects.
Follow up with leads consistently via call, WhatsApp, or email until conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM (LeadSquared or similar).
Handle objections professionally and provide timely responses to queries.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth closure.
Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal communication skills in
Telugu
and
English
Prior experience in
telecalling / telesales / customer support
is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Comfortable making
50-100 calls per day
and working in a
target-driven
environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools like
LeadSquared
is a plus
Strong listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Should be proactive, confident, and energetic
Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure
