• Maintain strong control over daily demo attendance calls.
• Personally handle closure calls and closely monitor the teams follow-ups.
• Ensure each RG secures a minimum of 6 registrations every day for offline demos.
• Create plans to convert online demo attendees into offline demo registrations.
• Supervise the teams daily calling activities, follow-ups, and hot lead tracking.
• Plan batch creation based on trainer availability, batch flow, and student count.
• Ensure batch start dates, timings, and trainer allocation run smoothly.
• Introduce new sales strategies, scripts, and follow-up methods to improve performance.
• Track weekly sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Send professional emails for pending payments, demo reminders, and batch updates.
• Provide email templates to the team for consistent communication.
• Identify gaps in lead flow, calling process, and follow-up sequence.
• Present issues and solutions to management and implement improvements.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
• Share conversion %, demo attendance %, and revenue updates with the manager.
• Provide daily motivation, guidance, and support to the team.
• Create improvement plans for low-performing team members
