Job Title: IP DRG Coder (Inpatient Coder) 2 to 3 Years Experience Location: Avadi, Chennai (Work from Office) Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years in Inpatient Coding with DRG exposure Shift: Mid / Night Shift Qualification: Any Life Science Graduate / BPT / MPT / B.Sc / M.Sc / BDS / BHMS / BAMS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm CPC / CIC / CCS certification preferred (AAPC / AHIMA) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Inpatient DRG Coder responsible for assigning accurate diagnostic and procedure codes to inpatient medical records to ensure proper DRG assignment and reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough review of Inpatient medical records (charts) and assign ICD-10-CM and PCS codes as per DRG guidelines. Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG coding rules, and official coding guidelines. Meet accuracy and productivity targets consistently. Conduct audits and identify coding errors with corrective actions if required. Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations. Effective communication with the team and clients (if required). Maintain confidentiality of patient health information (PHI). Required Skills: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Inpatient (IP) DRG coding . Strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM, PCS, MS-DRG, and APR-DRG grouping . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the companys IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions. Perform regular system backups and data recovery checks. Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed. Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, AMC renewals, and hardware/software issues.
