IT System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system software.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Perform regular system backups and data recovery checks.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed.
Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, AMC renewals, and hardware/software issues.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, and server management.
Experience with Active Directory, Outlook/Office 365, and antivirus solutions.
Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls).
Familiarity with CCTV and biometric systems will be an added advantage.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.
