We are expanding our Medical Coding team and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide, support, and grow with us. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of medical coders (specialties: ED, E/M, Surgery, or Multi-specialty). Ensure timely and accurate coding with adherence to client SLAs and quality benchmarks. Conduct audits, feedback sessions, and training to upskill team members. Coordinate with QA and Operations to drive performance improvement. Handle escalations, monitor KPIs, and generate performance reports. Motivate the team and maintain high morale and discipline. Must-Have Skills Minimum 4 years of coding experience in ED/E&M/Surgery or Multi-specialty coding. At least 1 year of Team Lead experience in a coding team. AAPC or AHIMA certified (CPC, CCS, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines. Excellent team management, communication, and mentoring skills. Proficient in working with productivity & quality dashboards, Excel reports.
