Team Lead

Salary Slab up to 4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of agents handling
chat and email support
.
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members.
Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead (on paper)
in a
non-voice process (chat/email)
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
