Job Responsibilities : Proactively take initiatives, analyze upcoming technologies, market and business scenarios and come up with comprehensive project plans in assigned New Energy Stream Developing project scopes, objectives and involve stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility Performance, monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of projects as per the plan Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals in New Energy Business. Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost Conducting project review and send detailed reports to top management which will help in decision making Create and maintain extensive project documentation Identify areas of process improvement and implement process optimization in line with project requirements Co-ordination with cross functional teams, suppliers, partners, vendors for execution of the project. Provision of process engineering design and simulation of electrolysis plants or similar process plants with compression and gas treatment of the product gases hydrogen and oxygen Review of Clients tender documents, verification of FEED design & calculations. Process Design including process simulations (Aspen Plus preferred), design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of P&ID diagrams as well as associated equipment data sheets and measuring point lists Participate in field-commissioning activities and Start-up Development of specifications for the automation of auxiliary systems such as compressor and gas cleaning of electrolysis plants Alignment of process engineering activities and interfaces with customers and subcontractors as well as other engineering disciplines in layout planning, electrical engineering and automation Participate in PFD/P&ID review meetings internally and externally with client. Participate in the HAZARD/HAZOP review, process and other safety evaluations and 3D Piping Model Reviews. Participation in technical qualification of subcontractors as well as monitoring of manufacturing milestones and execution of factory acceptance tests Provision of technical documentation for proposals preparation on the basis of customer specifications Process design work during project execution and clarification of project-specific adjustments with subcontractors and customers Development of operating concepts and support in the erection/commissioning activities of plants and auxiliary systems of electrolysis plants Making Design and Sizing Calculation of process equipment Selection of Bought out components Preparation of process inputs, Purchase specifications, Education Requirement : Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a reputed university/college Experience Requirement : 9 - 12 Years of overall experience Skills & Competencies : Skills Rating (1-4) Communication and interpersonal skills 4 Leadership skills 4 Detail orientation 4 Functional Expertise 4 People management skills 4 Show more Show less
