HR Team Lead

Location:Coimbatore

Job Summary:

HR Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Team Handling

Lead and manage the HR/recruitment team.
Assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
Provide training, guidance, and continuous support to team members.

Client Handling

Act as a point of contact for clients regarding hiring requirements.
Understand client expectations and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Maintain healthy client relationships and resolve issues/escalations.

End-to-End Recruitment

Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and closures.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Ensure recruitment targets are met efficiently.

HR Operations

Manage candidate joining and exit formalities.
Handle onboarding documentation and compliance.
Maintain HR records and reports accurately.

Vendor Management

Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants.
Track vendor performance and ensure quality hiring.
Handle vendor documentation and agreements.

Required Skills:

Team handling and leadership skills
Strong communication and client coordination abilities
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience in HR operations and onboarding
Vendor management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
Experience in staffing or consulting industry is an added advantage
