Rolesand Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge in pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures of Boiler and heaters (Solid fuels / Oil & Gas fired, Waste Heat Recovery boilers)
- Troubleshooting knowledge in different products / different fuels fired boilers / heaters and performance issues of boiler operation and its auxiliary equipment’s.
- Through knowledge in design aspects of various products and understanding the importance of performance.
- Operating and fine tuning the operation parameters of boiler / heaters to achieve optimized output to ensure customer satisfaction on product.
- Validation of site operating data and ensure the completion of performance test as per standard (PTC-4.0) of boiler with accessories.
- Effective and efficient handling of multiple sites and critical customers by organizing meetings and coordinating with subordinates to ensure site operation that meets safety, quality and operation standards.
- Demonstrate effective leadership and ready to take larger responsibilities and customer Interfacing.
- Field service representatives’ deployment, technical support for site issues, co- ordination with customer to meet schedules.
- Developing product-based Commissioning protocols and Operation & maintenance manuals.
- Developing training module for imparting boiler Operation and Commissioning, troubleshooting and problem solving to our clients and our new joinees team.
- Handling network well with customer and consultants.
- Involving in control and management of site expenses within project budget.
- Training of more subordinates in different products.
- Reviewing of EHS Plan, HIRA, Tool-Box Talks, etc.,
- Project site closure and handover to warranty phase/ Customer as per contract.
