Job Description Roles& Responsibilities: Digital Sales Strategy: Developand execute a comprehensive digital sales strategy for O&M offeringstailored to the power sector. Lead Generation & PipelineDevelopment: Use digital tools, platforms, and campaigns to generate qualifiedleads for O&M services across Medium and Large Power Plants. Client Engagement: Engage withCXO-level clients and plant heads to pitch digital-enabled O&M solutions,conduct technical discussions, and customize offerings. Push Product Sales: Hands onexperience and leverage deep understanding of push-based product sales,managing full sales cycle to proactively promote offerings, drive conversions,and shorten sales cycles. Proposal Management: Workclosely with technical and commercial teams to prepare techno-commercialproposals and presentations. Market Intelligence: Analyzecustomer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends to refine digitalofferings and position them effectively. Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure solutionfeasibility and successful execution. CRM & Digital Tools: Manageand update CRM systems, ensure data integrity, and extract insights to guidedecision-making. CriticalCompetencies On The Job Proven experience in B2Bindustrial sales, preferably in push-based product environments. Strong understanding of powerplant operations, digital tools for O&M, and industrial automation. Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.
