Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate with a strong background in corporate law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a corporate legal environment, with proven expertise in drafting term sheets, operator agreements, and handling a wide range of corporate legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and legal documents, including but not limited to: Term sheets Operator agreements Shareholder agreements Service agreements Provide legal support for corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance policies. Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary. Support due diligence and other legal research work related to corporate matters. Maintain and update legal templates, contracts, and corporate records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus. 6 months+ of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm. Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contract law. Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate term sheets and operator agreements. Excellent communication, legal writing, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the real estate sector. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Resolve concerns empathetically, professionally, and quickly. Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years in luxury hospitality, guest relations, concierge, or CRM-based customer experience roles. Hands-on experience working with CRM tools and OTA platforms. Exposure to guest segmentation, tech-enabled services, or data-driven personalization. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, or related field (preferred). Strong grooming, presence, people skills, and emotional intelligence.
