As an Assistant Manager/Manager - Accounting/Finance Manager at Tribe located in Viman Nagar, Pune, you will play a crucial role in overseeing core accounting functions, managing financial data with precision, and ensuring timely statutory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for Sales and Purchase Accounting. - Maintain accurate records of debtors and creditors. - Prepare and file TDS, EPF, ESIC, and GST returns within statutory timelines. - Coordinate with external auditors for monthly and annual compliances. - Manage accounting documentation, filing, and record maintenance. - Generate various MIS reports for internal use and decision-making. - Assist in financial planning and analysis as required. **Qualifications Required:** - CA qualification is a must. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Highest level of proficiency in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances. - Proficient in Tally (v9) and MS Excel & Word. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. - Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
