Job Description - Job Specifications - Job Role - HRBP Experience - 7 to 12 Years Gender - Male candidate preferred Work Location - Jubilee hills road Number 44, Near Madhapur Metro station Work week - 6 Days (2nd and 4th sat additional week off) Holidays - 12 per annum Job Responsibilities - - Recruitment Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on hiring priorities. Leverage diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and technical communities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles. HR Operations Support - Assist in daily HR functions and provide hands-on support for HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, and policies to ensure smooth processes. HR Policies and Procedures - Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure consistency across the company. Payroll Support - Process monthly payroll and support the Finance with finance to ensure accuracy. Compliance and Legal Support - Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Driving operational proficiency with handling Onboarding and Joining Formalities, Vendor Management (Gratuity, Recruitment, Sodexo, Statutory, HRMS), Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement activities, Driving change management as instructed by Management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7 to 12 years of experience in non-IT recruitment. HR Systems and Technology Proficiency: Expertise in HR software, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management tools. Attention to Detail: Managing sensitive data, legal compliance, and employee benefits with precision. Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies for legal compliance. Communication and Problem-Solving: Effective communication skills for resolving employee concerns and clarifying HR policies.
