Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential, commercial, or construction projects. You will be expected to generate leads through various channels, conduct property presentations, negotiate offers, and close deals. Additionally, you will play a key role in client relationship management, sales operations coordination, market research, and ensuring project knowledge and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential, commercial, or construction projects by generating leads through cold calling, referrals, brokers, channel partners, and digital platforms. - Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers, follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and close deals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, understand client requirements, recommend suitable property options, and maintain long-term client relationships. - Coordinate with marketing to implement sales campaigns, events, and promotions, work with CRM teams to ensure timely follow-up and proper lead tracking, and prepare sales MIS reports and forecasts. - Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market demand, provide insights to management on customer preferences and industry trends, and identify new business opportunities within the real estate or construction sector. - Maintain updated knowledge of project details, specifications, pricing, and construction progress, ensure all sales activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements, and assist clients with documentation such as booking forms, allotment letters, and agreements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field. - Experience: 5-6 years in real estate, construction, or property sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Ability to conduct customer site visits and work in a target-driven environment. - Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory processes is preferred.
