Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential, commercial, or construction projects.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, brokers, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate offers, and close deals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and support documentation needs.

3. Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing to implement sales campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Work with CRM teams to ensure timely follow-up and proper lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams for documentation, agreements, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare sales MIS reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market demand.
  • Provide insights to management on customer preferences and industry trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the real estate or construction sector.

5. Project Knowledge & Compliance

  • Maintain updated knowledge of project details, specifications, pricing, and construction progress.
  • Ensure all sales activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist clients with documentation such as booking forms, allotment letters, and agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-6 years in real estate, construction, or property sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to conduct customer site visits and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory processes is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
