Job Title: Team Leader for UK Process

Location: (Kolkata)

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented International Sales Team Leader to drive our global revenue growth and manage a diverse team of sales professionals. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily operations, ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets across multiple international markets. You will be responsible for coaching team members, refining sales techniques for different cultural contexts, and leveraging advanced and CRM tools to optimize the sales cycle.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training on advanced sales methodologies.

• Performance Monitoring: Set clear individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and track progress using data-driven insights. Provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management.

• Sales Operations Excellence: Oversee the daily sales workflow, including lead generation, prospect management, and deal closing. Ensure the team maintains high CRM data integrity.

• Cross-Cultural Engagement: Guide the team in navigating complex, multicultural business environments, ensuring communication is tailored to local nuances and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Education:- Grade and under grade both can apply.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inboud/outbound international sales.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence ,cross-cultural communication, and negotiation skills.

• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.

Salary :- Hike on last salary (3.5 LPA - 5 LPA )
