Responsibilities : We're building a brand-new Streaming Operations team in Bangalore as part of our wider global Video Operations team and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to help launch and shape this critical function. As a Streaming Operations Analyst at Stats Perform, you'll play a key role in overseeing the technical delivery of live sports broadcasts from around the world. You'll be responsible for monitoring transmission quality, identifying and resolving issues in real time and ensuring our live output meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will embrace our rotational shift schedule, bolstering our ability to deliver services flawlessly at any given moment. While basic grasp in IP video workflow experience is beneficial, a knack for thriving in bustling live broadcast environments is equally vital. Responsibilities includes: Live Broadcast Management: Manage all technical aspects of live video broadcasts, including signal routing, keeping track of timings and line-up configurations as well as video and audio specifications requirements. Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Monitor video and audio signals to ensure optimal quality throughout live broadcasts. Perform regular quality checks and troubleshooting to address any issues promptly. Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art tool set thats required for video delivery. Support: Provide technical support to consumers during live events, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions in real-time. Emergency Response: Act quickly and decisively to resolve/escalate any technical emergencies or disruptions that may occur during live broadcasts, including communicating with internal stakeholders and global content suppliers minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted transmission. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of broadcast activities, technical configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Generate reports as necessary to document incidents and track performance metrics. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including Streaming Ops Specialists, Video Engineers, Planning/Scheduling to coordinate live broadcasts effectively and ensure smooth operation of the facility. This position will require you to work nights, public holidays and weekends as part of our 24/7/365 operation. The TOC is responsible for first and second-line support of all back-office and client-facing technology platforms and services. This covers a vast array of cloud and on-premises services, using both third-party and proprietary platforms. TOC are the first to react to issues escalated by client support teams or directly by employees and, in most cases, will resolve them first-time. If an escalation is required, the TOC take the lead, provide detailed triage, and follow the issue to resolution. TOC work hand-in-hand with Customer Operations teams as well third-line IT, Engineering, Video and Architecture. We work 24/7 across three shifts to provide the level of service that our clients and workforce demands of us. A Technology Support Analyst is a vital role within the TOC.
