Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. Responsibilities: We re looking for a QA Engineering Team Lead who is more than just a technical expert we want a visionary leader, team builder, and coach. As our QA Manager, you ll shape and lead a talented team at the intersection of engineering and quality. Your mission: cultivate a culture where curiosity, creativity, and excellence are the norm . You ll mentor engineers, foster experimentation, and ensure that your team not only keeps up with the latest in AI/ML, automation, and gamified testing but sets the pace for others to follow. What will you do- Lead and Develop a High-Impact Team: Grow a diverse QA organization across functional, automation, and AI-first testing. Hire, mentor, and inspire engineers to reach their full potential. Set the Vision: Define and communicate a compelling roadmap for QA that leverages the latest tools and approaches (LLMs, open-source AI, gamification, automation) and align the team around that vision. Drive Innovation: Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving. Organize innovation sprints, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Foster Collaboration: Connect with peers, engineers, product managers, and global QA leaders. Bring in new perspectives and create partnerships that elevate your team and the business. Architect Smart Automation: Oversee the design and scaling of automation frameworks across platforms. Encourage the adoption of AI and productivity tools to accelerate testing and boost quality. Champion Gamified UAT: Lead the transformation of user testing into fun, feedback-rich experiences that engage end-users and deliver actionable insights. Promote Best Practices: Drive rigorous requirements analysis, risk identification, and critical thinking. Guide the team to ask the tough questions and explore every angle. Model Leadership: Set the standard for hands-on involvement, technical curiosity, and open communication. Recognize achievements, nurture talent, and build a safe space for big ideas and bold experiments. Desired Qualifications: 10+ years in QA, with proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Deep expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), programming (Python, Java), and test management (Jira, Xray, Confluence). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and modern AI/ML frameworks (YOLO, LLaMA, LangChain, Whisper, OpenCV). A track record of leveraging AI-powered productivity tools (Copilot, Cursor) to drive smarter testing. Excellent skills in requirements analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. A talent for turning ideas into results from proof of concept to scalable solutions. Experience working across time zones and cultures.
