As a Team Leader at TaskUs, your primary responsibility will be to drive the performance of your teammates and ensure that they continuously meet their goals. You will play a crucial role in coaching and managing the teammates under your supervision, serving as a bridge between your team and other departments. Managing the day-to-day planning and operations of your team will be your key focus, with a priority on ensuring that each teammate meets their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It will be essential for you to maintain team schedules, provide organization, and effectively handle responsibilities.
